Policy & Requirements
At Pet Social Club, we prioritize safety, comfort, and a positive experience for all dogs in our care. To ensure a fun and stress-free environment, we have specific requirements for both dog boarding and group walks.
Dog Boarding Requirements
Because we have young children in our home, all boarding dogs must be comfortable around kids. We carefully vet each dog to ensure they are well-suited for a child-friendly environment. At the same time, we teach our children to respect dogs and understand that they are not toys. This balance allows dogs staying with us to feel happy, safe, and relaxed during their time away from home.

Group Walk Requirements
We take on between 6 to 12 dogs per walk, shared between my husband and me. To maintain harmony in our groups, all dogs must:
Be socialized and comfortable with other dogs.
Be comfortable traveling in a car with other dogs.
Not display aggressive behavior toward dogs or people.
Spay & Neuter Policy
To maintain a safe and balanced group dynamic, we require:
Male dogs over 1.5 years old to be neutered.
Female dogs to be spayed by 1 year old.
Equipment Policy
We do not use shock collars or prong collars. Instead, we require all dogs to wear proper harnesses for their safety and comfort. If your dog pulls on the leash and does not have a suitable harness, we can recommend a harness for purchase before walks begin.
If you have any questions about these policies or whether your dog is a good fit for our services, feel free to reach out.
