Gala and Johnston truly have a special touch with dogs. They walk my two every day and I always laugh when I hear Johnson come in and greet them with his ‘how are you’. Since walking with Gala and Johnson they return home exhausted, happy and calm. I trust the two of them implicitly. Their commitment to the dogs in their care is unwavering. They will be boarding my two dogs for a couple of weeks and I know that they are absolutely receiving the best of care.

We were introduced to Gala and Johnson over 5 years ago when Waffles joined our family. Gala and Johnson have been so good with Waffles. Waffles is a rescue and pretty much terrified of everything when she first came to Canada. Taking into account what Waffles was feeling/experiencing, Gala and Johnson tailored her first walks to help her overcome her fears. They are incredible people. Gala and Johnson have been an incredible support system for us and our dogs. They have been taking care of our dogs for over six years now, and we wouldn’t just call them our dog walkers, they’re truly like family.

They cared for our senior beagle Abigail with so much love and attention during her medical issues, and they practically raised our beagle Jude, even teaching him recall. Now, with our youngest beagle Rocky, they have been incredibly patient and accommodating, helping him with his separation anxiety and much needed training.

Gala and Johnson have been walking Poppy for nearly a year now every weekday and have been a lifesaver. I also use them for boarding, and poppy loves to spend time at their house with their family. Wow! We are beyond grateful for this fabulous team. Here is our story:

Johnson and Gala have changed the way our rescues view strangers. We have 2 rescue dogs (one senior and one that was scared of everyone). Johnson and Gala started slowly with one on one walks. Our scared rescue dog was also very car sick (not the easiest combination).

Johnson and Gala worked tirelessly to provide positive encouragement for our pups and feedback for us as dog parents.

I can proudly say that both of our pups now get incredibly excited when the pet social club arrive to pick them up for dog walks. Previously our scared rescue would quiver, shake and hide when strangers came to the house.

Our pups have worked their way up to weekly pack walks and do incredibly well with other dogs and in the car. This is solely due to the love and support of Johnson and Gala.

We have travelled a lot and they are the only team that we trust. We left the pups for almost a month in their care and constantly received updates, pictures and videos. We have absolutely no doubts that our pups are always safe and loved in their care.

We also love that the pups are getting social interaction with the team’s sweet kids and dogs.
